Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IPTV App application (the "Service") operated by MATHDEV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IPTV App is a content management and viewing application that allows users to organize and access their own IPTV content sources. The Service provides:

  • User account management with multiple profiles (up to 5 per account)
  • Content source management (user-provided IPTV sources)
  • Live TV viewing with electronic program guide (EPG)
  • Video-on-demand content organization and playback
  • Watch history and watchlist features
  • Multi-device support (Apple TV, Android TV, iOS, Android, Web)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You can register using an email address and password, or through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Profiles

Each account may create up to 5 profiles. Profiles allow different members of a household to have personalized experiences.

4. Content Sources and User Responsibility

4.1 Nature of the Service

MyKroko is a media player application only. We do not provide, host, store, distribute, or control any audio, video, or multimedia content of any kind. The Service functions exclusively as a tool to organize and play back content from sources that you, the user, independently provide.

4.2 User Responsibility

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely and entirely responsible for the content sources you add to the application, including their origin, legality, and licensing status.
  • You must hold valid rights, licenses, or authorizations for all content you access through the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that your content sources comply with applicable copyright, broadcasting, and intellectual property laws.
  • You must not use the Service to access, stream, or distribute content that infringes the rights of any third party, including copyright holders, broadcasters, or content creators.
  • You assume all legal liability arising from the content sources you configure and the content you access through them.

4.3 No Content Responsibility

We make no representations or warranties regarding the legality, quality, availability, accuracy, or safety of any content accessed through user-provided sources. We do not monitor, review, verify, or endorse any content that users access through the Service.

4.4 Cooperation with Authorities

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, rights holders, and regulatory bodies in the investigation of any alleged illegal activity conducted through the Service. This may include disclosing user information as required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

4.5 Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account of any user who we reasonably believe is using the Service in connection with infringing or illegal content, without prior notice and without refund.

5. Subscriptions

Access to premium features requires an active subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and renewal terms, are described in our Sale Conditions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
  • Circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the property of MATHDEV and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for content accessed through user-provided sources
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Versailles, France.
