These Sale Conditions govern the subscription to premium services offered through the IPTV App application (the "Service") by MATHDEV.

We offer the following subscription plans:
A recurring monthly subscription providing access to all premium features of the Service.
A recurring annual subscription providing access to all premium features at a discounted rate.
Subscriptions can be purchased through the following platforms:
For iOS and tvOS devices. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
For Android TV devices. Purchases are processed by Google and subject to Google Play's terms of service.
For web browsers and TV devices using the device code flow. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms of service.
Current prices are displayed in the application at the time of purchase. Prices include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, with changes taking effect at the next renewal period. You will be notified of price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date. The renewal charge will be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial periods.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the initial subscription, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@mykroko.com.
For in-app purchases (Apple/Google), the right of withdrawal is subject to the respective store's policies and may be waived upon immediate access to digital content.
Premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment. In case of payment failure, access to premium features may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
These Sale Conditions are governed by French law. For disputes, you may contact the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
